Terroir
This is the cuvée from Domaine Georges Chicotot, which combines several plots in the Nuits Saint Georges "village" appellation, where vines, herbs, and trees blend together, creating excellent companions with remarkable virtues.
"Nuys" was the name of the village before it became "Nuits" at the end of the 18th century. Like other wine-growing villages, it was later given the name of its best cru, Saint Georges.
Tasting
A deep wine with elegant tannins, featuring floral notes of peony and violet, along with delicious small red fruit aromas.
It’s a wine to share with friends—straightforward and pleasant, it is easy to enjoy and will remain faithful over time. It pairs perfectly with roasted meats, lamb, roast pork, game birds, or simply a soft cheese platter.
