This Gevrey-Chambertin is a red wine made exclusively from Pinot Noir, typical of its region. It reflects the expertise of the Marchand-Tawse estate, with an approach that respects biodiversity through organic viticulture.
Winemaking and Aging
The winemaking follows strict organic practices, without artifices, with careful control of temperatures and maceration times. Aging takes place mainly in tanks to preserve freshness and the expression of the terroir.
