The figs come from our orchards of Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet. There are two blooms (the fig is a flower!), one in July in small quantities and another in September at the same time as the harvest. So we harvest grapes by day, and figs by night !
This delicate jam will go perfectly with cheese or foie gras.
